LVL was born from frustration, with the set, 9-5 corporate world that wasn’t built for women, creatives and individuals who wanted ownership over how they worked.
The idea started at a kitchen table, with a toddler nearby, a laptop always open, and the realisation that most agency models didn’t make room for life outside of work.
At first, we planned to go wide: offering full-service brand and marketing support. But with over 14 years of experience in building personal brands and driving growth on LinkedIn, we chose to focus on where we delivered the most impact.
That conviction became our niche. And that niche became a business.
